In the 1950s Sir William Hamilton pioneered the first commercial waterjet. Fast forward 70 years and HamiltonJet remains a market leader of waterjets and vessel controls. It’s their mission to continually optimize performance, efficiency and safety through innovation.
HamiltonJet's market experience is extensive. As a preferred supplier to boat builders, naval architects, and marine operators, they’ve installed over 60.000 waterjets into vessels around the globe, including offshore, pilot, rescue, fire, military, patrol, windfarm, fast ferry, fishing, aquaculture and recreational applications.
Range of Waterjets
HamiltonJet offers the market a waterjet program consisting of six main types. Each main group has several subgroups. In this way, HamiltonJet meets your requirements for speed and performance very precisely. They offer you a power range from 70 kW to 5.500 kW and speeds up to 60 knots.
Automation & Controls
HamiltonJet designs and manufactures hydraulic and electronic controls for all our waterjet models. Their electronic controls can also integrate with a range of other vessel systems, including engine and gearbox controls, autopilot, voyage data recorders, and dynamic positioning systems to provide complete maneuvering control.
Our Latest Innovation
Introducing the LTX waterjet. It is low-speed efficient, lightweight, and lean. With a large nozzle, lower input energy, lower jet velocity, and lightweight structure, the LTX is the first waterjet to rival the performance, energy efficiency and bollard pull of the very best propeller systems at low to medium speeds
This is a game-changer.
